We suggest that you access your student email using the Outlook application, which can be downloaded from the App Store.

When you start the application, the window pops up in which you enter your UL-ID account and click Add Account.

The application redirects you to the Google website, where you click Next.

Enter the password for your username.

To verify your identity Google will, for your security, send the Verification Code to your phone the first time you sign in to a device with this account. Enter the code and you will be redirected to the next page.

To allow the application to access your account, click Allow.

If you would like to remove your email account from Outlook, click on the gear icon left below; under the Accounts section all your accounts will be displayed. Click on your student account.

The window pops up in which you can edit the settings for this account or delete it by clicking the Delete Account button. The account can only be deleted from the selected device (Delete From This Device) or from all mobile devices on which the Outlook application is installed (Delete From All Devices).

Phones - Android

We suggest that you access your student email using the Outlook application, which can be downloaded from the Play Store.

Click GET STARTED.

The window pops up, in which

you enter your student account and click Google Accounts.

Multiple email accounts may be displayed. To add your student account, click Use another account.

You will be redirected to a Google site, where you re-enter your student account, and click Next.

After that, you will be prompted to enter your UL-ID password. Enter it and click Next.

You must agree to allow the application to access your account. Click I agree and then Allow.

The window pops up informing you that the account has been added. You will be asked if you would like to add another account. If you do not want to add another account, click Skip, whereas if you would like to add another account, click Continue.

Now you can access your student email.

To remove an email account from the Outlook, click on the gear icon left below, and under the Accounts section, all your accounts will be displayed. Click on your student account.
