Vsebina: Content (Syllabus outline):

Vsebina predmeta kriminalistika v prvem delu obravnava uvod v kriminalistiko, pojem in predmet kriminalistike, sistem in metode kriminalistike, kriminalistiko v povezavi z drugimi znanostmi, njen razvoj, kriminalistična načela, etiko preiskovanja kaznivih dejanj in organe preiskovanja.

Predmet na dodiplomski ravni študija v drugem delu temeljito obravnava osnove kriminalistične taktike, načine zaznave kaznivega dejanja in prvi nujni ukrepi, odhod na kraj, zbiranje obvestil, ukrepe za izsleditev storilca, zavarovanje in ogled kraja kaznivega dejanja, rekonstrukcijo, vrste indicev,

strategijo, tehniko ter taktiko razgovora in zaslišanja, postopek dokumentiranja zaslišanja in procesno vrednost zbiranja obvestil oziroma zaslišanja.

V nadaljevanju predmet obravnava taktiko in metodiko hišne in osebne preiskave, pregled prevoznih sredstev, potnikov in prtljage, varnostni pregled, zaseg predmetov, zaseda, prijetje storilca, pridržanje, privedba osebe na policijsko postajo ali k preiskovalnemu

sodniku, zbiranje podatkov in vnos v policijske evidence ter seznanitev z ustreznimi obrazci.

Ob zaključku so obravnavani tudi nekateri osnovni pojmi kriminalistične tehnike.

In the first part, the content of the course on Criminal Investigation deals with the

introduction to criminology, the concept and subject of criminology, the system and methods of criminology, criminology in connection with other sciences, its development, criminology principles, the ethics of criminal investigation and investigative bodies.

In the second part, the course at the

undergraduate level of study thoroughly deals with the basics of criminal tactics, ways of detecting a crime act and first emergency measures, arriving at the place, collecting information, measures to track down the perpetrator, securing and inspecting the crime scene, reconstruction, types of clues, strategy, technique and also interview and questioning tactics, the process of documenting the questioning and the procedural value of information gathering or questioning.

In the following, the course discusses the tactics and methodology of house and personal

searches, inspection of means of transport, passengers and luggage, security check, seizure of objects, ambush, perpetrator arrest,

detention, bringing a person to the police station or to the investigating judge, data collection and entry into police evidence and acquaintance with the relevant forms.

At the end, some basic concepts of forensic techniques are also discussed.

Cilji in kompetence: Objectives and competences:

Študenti/ke bodo pridobili naslednje predmetno specifične kompetence:

- Razviti sposobnost razumevanja znanja kriminalistike in kriminalističnih načel.

- Razumeti kriminalistiko kot vedo o odkrivanju, preiskovanju in dokazovanju kaznivih dejanj ter njeno vlogo v

predkazenskem postopku.

- Razumeti prve nujne ukrepe ob zaznavi kaznivega dejanja ali dogodka.

- Razumeti kriminalistično taktiko zbiranja obvestil od osumljenca, načrtovanje preiskovanja, opravljanje hišne in osebne preiskave, izvajanje operativnih in

preiskovalnih dejanj, kriminalistično analitiko in osnovne metode

kriminalistične tehnike.

Students will acquire the following subjects specific competences:

- To develop the ability to understand the knowledge of Criminal Investigation and criminological principles.

- To understand Criminal Investigation as a science of detecting, investigating and proving criminal acts and its role in pre-trial proceedings.

- To understand the first emergency

measures upon detection of a criminal act or event.

- To understand the criminal tactics of collecting information from the suspect, planning the investigation, conducting house and personal searches, conducting operational and investigative actions, criminal analytics and also the basic

Študenti/ke bodo pridobili naslednje splošne kompetence:

- Uporaba ustreznih kriminalističnih metod in njihovih postopkov.

- Razvoj etičnih sposobnosti pri

uresničevanju kriminalističnih načel in preiskovanju kaznivih dejanj.

- Sposobnost skupinskega dela in pripravljenosti za sodelovanja pri reševanju konkretnih primerov.

- Sposobnost uporabe pridobljenega znanja v praksi in pri raziskovalnem delu.

- Sposobnost oblikovanja lastnih predlogov in zmožnost reševanja problemov ob zaznavi kaznivega dejanja ali dogodka.

- Poznavanje strokovnih kriminalističnih izrazov.

- Razumevanje metod odkrivanja in preiskovanja kaznivih dejanj.

predkazenskem postopku in pomena sodelovanja z drugimi institucijami.

- Poznavanje kriminalistične taktike pri preiskovanju kaznivih dejanj.

- Razumevanje prvih nujnih ukrepov po zaznavi kaznivega dejanja.

- Poznavanje poteka ogleda kraja kaznivega dejanja.

- Razumevanje taktike in metodike hišne in osebne preiskave.

- Razumevanje postopka zaslišanja osumljencev.

- Poznavanje vloge in pomena kriminalistične tehnike.
